REFUND POLICY - - All cancellation
requests must be received in writing by either email addressed to JRofDallas@gmail.com with "Cancellation Request"
clearly labeled/noted in the subject line. Cancellations may also be requested by regular postal mail addressed to:
SLAM, 3526 Lakeview Parkway, Suite B-238, Rowlett, TX 75088. Telephonic requests are not permitted.
- A full refund less
a $75 administrative fee is granted for cancellation received 45 or more days prior to the date of the registered conference.
- 50% refund less
a $75 administrative fee will be granted for cancellation received between 44 and 30 days prior to the conference.
- No refund is available
for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to a conference (however another person may be substituted to attend and
register in place of the person who was originally registered for the course at no additional charge).
- Purchased products
may be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase for a full refund. All items must be in the original packaging
and in unused and saleable condition. Packages otherwise received are not eligible for refund. A return merchandise
authorization (RMA) must be requested in writing via email to JRofDallas@gmail.com. Instructions for returning the product
and an RMA will be emailed to you. Postage, handling and insurance charges are not the responsibility of SLAM Systems,
Inc. Upon Inspection a refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving your RMA return.
