Schedule, Brochure, Registration & Lodging Seating and space are strictly limited. Register early to ensure your space. Fill
out the registration form on your computer or by hand using only upper case letters for legibility. Confirmation of
registration is by email so make it legible. Online registration
will be available soon. In the meantime please use one of the methods described below. Click below on Course Brochure you are interested in.
Registration form is on the 3rd page of each brochure Phone Registration using credit card: If
you prefer to register by phone with a credit card please call 1.888.973.SLAM (7526). If you receive voice mail, please
leave your name, a good phone number and the best time to return your call so we may register you over the phone with your
credit card. No credit card information is stored by SLAM. When registering over
the phone we enter the information directly into the authorize.net gateway which provides secure processing. FAX Registration: When you provide your credit card
information with your registration to our secure and private fax (1.914.829.9012), we immediately destroy the credit card
number upon submitting it for authorization of payment at the authorize.net gateway. If you want us to call you back
to take your credit card information over the phone you must include your cell phone number and a time (between 4 p.m. and
9 p.m. CST) to call you back. Registering by mail
with check or money order: Your check must arrive prior
to the start of the course to allow time for it to clear. A $50 charge is assessed for checks which fail to clear. Deadline for course registration is 15 days prior to
the start of any course. A $50 late registration fee is added when registering less than 15 days prior to the date of
any course. Walk in registration the
day of the course is permitted using a credit card as long as space permits. A $50 late registration fee will be added
for walk in registration. Walk in registration using a check is not permitted unless approved by the director. Your registration helps to support the plight of widows and orphans through the work of the James Fund.

Cancellation
and Refund and Late Registration Policy - All cancellation requests must be received
in writing by either email addressed to JRofDallas@gmail.com with "Cancellation Request" clearly labeled/noted in
the subject line. Cancellations may also be requested by regular postal mail addressed to: SLAM, 3526 Lakeview
Parkway, Suite B-238, Rowlett, TX 75088. Telephonic requests are not permitted.
- A full refund less a $75 administrative fee is granted
for cancellation received 45 or more days prior to the date of the registered conference.
- 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee will be granted
for cancellation received between 44 and 30 days prior to the conference.
- No refund is available for cancellation received less than
30 days prior to a conference (however another person may be substituted to attend and register in place of the person who
was originally registered for the course at no additional charge).
- A late registration fee of $50 is charged for registration made less than
15 days prior to the start of any course.
- Purchased products may be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase for a full refund. All
items must be in the original packaging and in unused and saleable condition. Packages otherwise received are not eligible
for refund. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) must be requested in writing via email to JRofDallas@gmail.com.
Instructions for returning the product and an RMA will be emailed to you. Postage, handling and insurance charges are
not the responsibility of SLAM Systems, Inc. Upon Inspection a refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving your
RMA return.
