The
SLAM Airway Training Institute fosters excellence in airway management on a multidisciplinary scale, develops and delivers
educational resources, and advocates research and life long learning.
We provide current information on airway management through our web site and the SLAM Conferences (Street Level Airway
Management) for medical and healthcare practitioners who provide airway management on an elective and emergency basis.
The latest equipment and management techniques are featured along with cross links to other airway management conferences,
societies that feature airway management, manufacturers of airway devices and peer reviewed literature on airway management
currently available on the world wide web REFUND - CANCELLATION - LATE REGISTRATION POLICY - - All
cancellation requests must be received in writing by either email addressed to JRofDallas@gmail.com with "Cancellation
Request" clearly labeled/noted in the subject line. Cancellations may also be requested by regular postal mail
addressed to: SLAM, 3526 Lakeview Parkway, Suite B-238, Rowlett, TX 75088. Telephonic requests are not permitted.
- A full refund less a $75 administrative fee is granted for cancellation received
45 or more days prior to the date of the registered conference.
- 50% refund less a $75
administrative fee will be granted for cancellation received between 44 and 30 days prior to the conference.
- No refund is available for cancellation received less than 30 days prior to a conference (however another
person may be substituted to attend and register in place of the person who was originally registered for the course at no
additional charge).
- A late registration fee of $50 will be added for registrations made
less than 15 days prior to the start of any course.
- Purchased products may be returned
within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase for a full refund. All items must be in the original packaging and in unused and
saleable condition. Packages otherwise received are not eligible for refund. A return merchandise authorization
(RMA) must be requested in writing via email to JRofDallas@gmail.com. Instructions for returning the product and an RMA will
be emailed to you. Postage, handling and insurance charges are not the responsibility of SLAM Systems, Inc. Upon
Inspection a refund will be issued within 2 weeks of receiving your RMA return.

techniques for victims of trauma, cardiac arrest and other life threatening conditions.
- To assist the public and others through programs of education and training.
- To encourage the highest standards of airway management in personnel and
equipment.
- To promote and encourage cooperation among
persons, organizations, entities or authorities who are directly or indirectly responsible for and/or involved in the provision
of emergency airway management to the public.
- To provide information and direction to individuals, organizations and governmental bodies on matters
pertaining to the effective provision of airway management.
- To participate actively in the future direction of emergency airway management by promoting
and encouraging education, life long learning and research.
